I’m sorry, everyone.
I keep forgetting to update this site, but I can assure you that I’m not giving up on this site. But this semester has been pretty hectic, and chances are that I won’t be able to update too much until the 12th of May. However, I’ll be downloading photos so that I can post a huge gallery update – to make up for what I’ve missed.
I really am sorry, though. I didn’t think my junior year would be this busy…I still remember sophomore year, actually – updating was so easy. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep this site for another year, but I know that I want to. That’s why I’ll be taking co-web applications, starting next week. You must be trustworthy. You should also know how to work with WordPress and Coppermine. I will be entrusting co-webs with FTP information, so I won’t accept people that haven’t shown that they can be trusted.
I’d prefer Ally to help out with the site, but I’m not sure if she’s still here.
@Ally – If you’re interested in helping out with the news, please send an email.
No updates until Tuesday
I will not be posting any updates, except for news, until Tuesday.
Oh, and happy St. Joseph Day!
Top Contenders for Spiderman
Inside sources are buzzing that Zac Efron and Joe Jonas are the top contenders to be the next Spiderman, since Tobey Maguire has bowed out of the franchise.
I actually think Efron would be a decent pick for the role, but Joe Jonas? I guess he kinda looks a bit like Ditko’s rendition, but give me a break, I’ve heard him sing, I can only imagine the stinki-tude of his thespian-ic abilities. I always thought Jake Gyllenhal would have been a good choice, but now he may be a bit old for the part, so I guess I’d have no problem with Zac taking over.
One thing about Raimi’s run on Spiderman that completely missed the mark, was the fact that he failed to incorporate any of the humor that was an inherent part of the comic books. I mean, the webbed crusader was damned FUNNY, he’d constantly be cracking wise while battling the evil doers, it was part and parcel to his whole persona. Tobey Maguire played him like a morose zombie. By making Web-head humorless, they cut out the heart of what endeared him to millions of fans. Whomever they pick to play Spidey in the next installment, they’ve got to address the problems of the first three and rectify it by injecting some levity into the proceedings!

My Apologies
I know that I haven’t updated in FOREVER – but school has been keeping me busy. I’m running this site by myself, so when the school decides to us with work – it gets harder to update.
However, I am planning a big gallery update during the upcoming week.
Also, I’d like to thank Ally for continuing to visit the site in my absence.
People Magazine: Jonas Wedding Exclusive
Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa’s wedding earlier this month was like a fairy tale – complete with a castle, an enchanted forest and glass slippers in the bride’s shoe size, a gift from the groom.
“I knew that my princess needed her glass slippers and her castle,” Jonas told PEOPLE of the nuptials.
“I always wanted my wedding to have that princess feel,” adds the new Mrs. Jonas. “I couldn’t have imagined this,” she says of her lavish wedding Dec. 19 at Oheka Castle in Huntington, New York.
Despite a blizzard blanketing the roads around the castle, the wedding went forward without a hitch, and the bride, escorted by her father Thomas “Bucky” Deleasa, walked down the aisle to “Bella Notte,” from Lady and the Tramp, played on the guitar by a friend of the Jonas family. “I’m an Italian girl. It just fit me and my dad,” said Danielle of the song choice.
The groom’s father Kevin Jonas Sr., an ordained minister, officiated along with Danielle’s childhood pastor, Rev. Ron DePasquale Jr. After reciting traditional vows, the couple exchanged Jacob & Co. wedding bands that they designed for one another.
“I’ve never seen a more beautiful bride,” said Kevin of Danielle, who he calls his “Jersey Girl” and who wore a strapless tulle and Chantilly lace Vera Wang gown at the ceremony.

Key “American Idol” Dates Revealed
The key dates of “American Idol” season 9 are unveiled, America will get to vote for their favorites starting February 23. As previously revealed in its mid-season schedule, FOX would premiere the singing competition on January 12. The date will be kicked off with the audition in Boston where Victoria Adams serves as guest judge.
After the premiere, “Idol” will continue with several audition episodes between January 13 to February 2. There will be a special episode called “The Road to Hollywood” before the show commences with the Hollywood Week rounds on February 9 to February 17. Ellen DeGeneres who replaces Paula Abdul as the permanent judge will join the lots in the Hollywood Week.
Instead of going from Top 36 to straight Top 12, the show changes the format a bit by going straight to Top 24 comprised of 12 women and 12 men. Audience will then get to pick the finalists whose struggle to victory will begin on March 16. Another key date is the return of Idol Gives Back on April 21, meaning the final could be somewhere in late May.
